Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautifu industries in the world and be responsible for Professional and disciplinary management and further development of a team of up to 5 employees Designing, administering and supporting complex server virtualization, data backup and storage system environments Ensuring smooth operation in conjunction with highly available site and system architectures Optimization and holistic further development of the supported system landscape Active collaboration in cross-team projects Close cooperation with competent system and application managers For the Berlin location: travel to the company headquarters in Braunschweig WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU Completed training or degree in the field of IT with relevant professional experience as a system administrator for storage and server virtualization Professional competence to ensure operational capability with simultaneous implementation strength with cost / benefit focus Experience in leading teams with the ability to create a positive and constructive working environment for employees An eye for KPIs and for teamwork Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach and assertiveness Target group-specific communication skills with regard to professional / technical communication to the team and preparation of decisions at management level Very good German and good written and spoken English skills Ability to work in a team and hands-on mentality Nobody is perfect You don´t meet the requirements 100% but still want the job?
